Strategic, meaningful storytelling is at the heart of everything I do. Whether I'm leading the creative development of a national pharma campaign or overseeing a simple website update, I'm always thinking about the problems we're solving, the deliberate stories we're telling--and the key actions that we want our audiences to take.
As an experienced and empowering creative content leader, I delight in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to identify new and innovative ways to build brand relationships, share brand stories and create engaging, insights-driven customer experiences across the ever-expanding omnichannel universe. Good ideas can come from anyone (at any level)--and I embrace the opportunity to step outside of our silos to share ideas.
With deep AOR experience, I have launched (and evolved) numerous brands, crafting every conceivable “surround-sound” content deliverable, from digital and print marketing communications to video, social media, apps/tools, and broadcast communications.
After starting an in-house content strategy practice, I also understand the importance of customer-centric thinking and the need to intimately understand the pain points of your target audience. I live and breathe the bigger strategic picture—because what we are saying is equally as important as why we’re saying it—as well as how and where we choose to share that story.
